- Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to all major cities and towns across India. Whether you’re located in metros like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, or in smaller cities and towns, we strive to make our products available to you.
- Processing Time
- Order Processing: We process all orders within 3–4 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
- Custom/Engraved Jewellery: If your order includes customized pieces or engraving, please allow an additional 25–30 business days for processing.
- Holiday Delays: During festive or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will be informed of any such delays.
- Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with trusted courier services to ensure that your purchase is delivered securely and on time. Our shipping methods and delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (depending on location)
- Express Shipping: 3–4 business days (available for select locations)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Not Available for any Cities.
All shipped products are delivered to the customer’s end within 5-7 working days, depending upon the location.

- Shipping Costs (to be discussed)
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders within India for purchases over ₹100,000.
- For orders under ₹100,000, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
- Express Shipping: Charges will apply based on the service provider and location.
- Insurance & Signature Requirement
- All orders are fully insured during transit. In case of damage or loss, we will assist in the claims process and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund.
- To ensure the safe delivery of high-value items, all packages will require a signature upon delivery.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking details will be shared with you on the registered mail Id and registered mobile number. You can track the status of your shipment directly via the partner courier’s website or app.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For domestic shipments within India, there are no additional duties or taxes, as all applicable taxes are included in the purchase price. However, for any international shipments (if applicable), customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
- Lost or Damaged Items

- If a package is found to be damaged upon arrival, please document the damage (take photos & Videos of the package and item) and contact us within 24 hours to file a claim.
- Order Changes & Cancellations
