Due to the nature of our products—diamonds and fine Jewellery—returns and refunds are handled with special care and in accordance with the following guidelines.

- General Return and Policy
Return request can only be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product if damaged with photos and videos.
Due to the nature of our products, Aayan Diamonds generally does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:
- Damaged upon arrival, or
- Defective due to a manufacturing fault.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure it meets your expectations.
- Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You are eligible for a return or exchange under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged during shipping or is defective (i.e., a manufacturing fault), you are eligible for a return or exchange. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
If exchange will be be approved then we will deliver you the new product within 5-7 working days. - Incorrect Item: If the item you receive is not the one you ordered (i.e., a wrong design, size, or style), you are eligible for a return or exchange. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Process for Returns & Exchanges
If you believe your item qualifies for return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide Evidence: If the item is damaged or defective, we will require clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect. For an incorrect item, please provide pictures of the item you received.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive the necessary information, our team will review your case and provide you with Return Authorization. Please do not return the product without our authorization.
- Return the Product: Once authorized, you must return the item to us in its original, unused condition, along with all tags, packaging, and certificates (such as diamond certification, etc.). We will provide you with the return address and any necessary shipping instructions.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify the issue. If the product is found to be in its original condition and meets the return criteria, we will process the return or exchange.
- Refund Policy
- Eligible Refunds: Refunds are only offered for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. In such cases, you will be refunded the full amount you paid for the product, including taxes and shipping fees, provided the product is returned within the specified time frame and is in its original condition.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days through the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking). Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account after we approve the return.
- Non-Refundable Items: Due to the personalized nature of some Jewellery items (e.g., custom designs, engraved pieces), no refunds or exchanges are permitted on such products unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Non-Eligibility for Return or Exchange
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or damaged:
- Customized Jewellery: Any item that has been customized, engraved, or altered per your specifications (e.g., custom-cut diamonds, personalized engravings).
- Worn Jewellery: Any Jewellery that has been worn, altered, resized, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased with significant discounts, promotional offers, or during sales events may be excluded from return or exchange.
- Shipping Costs for Returns
- Domestic Returns: We will bear the return shipping costs for eligible returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). If the return is not due to a fault on our part (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Packaging: All returned items should be securely packaged in the original packaging (including certificates and tags) to prevent damage during transit.
- Damaged or Defective Items During Delivery
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to initiate the return or exchange process. We may require photographic evidence of the damage/defect to assess the situation.
- We will either issue a full refund or provide a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
If replacement will be accepted then we will deliver the new product to you within 5-7 working days.
- Cancellations
- Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 Hours of the date when the order is placed. Once an order is confirmed Within 24 hours, it cannot be cancelled at any cost.
- After Shipment: If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
- Exchange Policy
- Exchanges: If you want to exchange your purchased item for a different design, size, or style, this is only possible if the item qualifies for return (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will be required to pay the price difference. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, we will provide the credit note for the difference.
